1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our store, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Use of the Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• provide accurate, current information and keep your account secure;
• use the store only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Nigerian law;
• not copy, resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise redistribute any digital product, download, account, or license key obtained from us;
• not attempt to bypass technical protections, scrape, or disrupt the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Orders & Payment

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD), and are payable in full at checkout. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) and other taxes required under Nigerian law. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, TransactPay; by completing a purchase you also agree to the processor's terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, error, or breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property & Licenses

All products sold through MAXBIC — including software, e-books, movies/films, online courses, and digital tools — are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to MAXBIC or its licensors. Unless stated otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying content, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review it before completing a purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAXBIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the store or any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
