MAXBIC Tech Solutions, operated by MAXBIC TECH SOLUTIONS LTD (RC Number 8452386), sells digital products that are delivered instantly via download, license key, or account access. Because of the nature of digital goods, this policy explains when refunds are and are not available. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.
Digital products are generally non-refundable once they have been downloaded, accessed, or once a license key has been revealed, as they cannot be returned. However, we will consider a refund in the following circumstances:
Where the issue can be fixed by re-delivery or a replacement, we will offer that first before issuing a refund.

To request a refund, email us at info@maxbictechsolutions.com with your order reference, the email used at checkout, the product name, and a description of the issue (including screenshots where relevant). We aim to review and respond to refund requests within a reasonable timeframe and may ask for additional information to verify the claim.
Approved refunds are issued in the original transaction currency (NGN or USD) to the original payment method, through our payment processor, TransactPay. Refunds in Naira are processed in line with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) requirements. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
